Artemide Choose Tavolo, designed by Matteo Thun, Has pleated diffuser available in 2 styles -
Parchment Paper
Red Polycarbonate.

With Halogen or Fluorescent bulbs

Diffuser adjusts with a transparent clip to pull downwards/upwards, and rotates 350degrees around its vertical axis.
