The Salone del Mobile blog number 3 will show off classic Italian brands.
Poltrona Frau
Nabucco table with Diva Chairs around it and Brokis Mona Pendants above. Lloys storage system in the background.
After we got into the Poltrona Frau stand like VIPs (always pre-register!) straight away we’ve noticed the Brokis Mona pendants there! They blended in great with the beautiful furniture. Our favourite PF collection was the Ren family by Neri & Hu – the line of complements for a bedroom, entrance or a dressing room took our breaths away! The mix of Canaletto walnut, Saddle leather and Brass creates great compositions.
Extrasoft Bed, Aero Shelving behind it, Moon Table as nightstand, FJU foldable workspace, Galileo Mirror
Dumas Sofas in dark soft leather, Agra Sofa (also available in versions for outdoor use), Sartor Armchairs and Grek Coffee Tables
The beautiful and classy Living Divani stand was divided into two levels, the top one being used for meetings with designers and dealers from around the world. New fabrics for upholstery were presented as well as the new version of Rod Sofa – modular, which is now available to order. We particularly like the Galileo Brass Mirror which looked beautiful above the FJU foldable work space/storage.
Red And Blue Chair no more! New version of this classic now called: Black Red And Blue, also comes with soft cushions.
Cassina stand was large and divided into separate ‘rooms’ which presented various modular sofas, new finishes of the Le Corbusier collection as well as special finishes and fabrics for various pieces, such as the Utrecht Chair in Limited Edition geometric pattern fabric and the Red And Blue Chair (which is now available in other colours and with cushions for the first time in its history!). A new product from Cassina was the Gender Lounge Chair by Patricia Urquiola.
Mast with Modern composition (storage/room divider), Walk-in Wardrobe with Glass Block doors, Acquario Display Cabinet
Ghiaccio Dining Chairs, Galileo Table, Gallery on the wall, Mast Walk-in wardrobe composition behind the glass
View of the walk-in wardrobes, Storage, Modern and other compositions. It all goes so well together!
A few classics – Spindle Chairs around Ellipse Table as well as the come-back of RGB colours on Modern
Porro stand was busy as always, with people and furniture. Divisions were created by Storage and Modern compositions in various finishes creating a journey through various rooms. Our favourite new products have to be the Mast Walk-In wardrobe system and the Gallery by Gabriele e Oscar Buratti which is a cupboard which when opened reveals a lit-up bar or storage. We also welcomed the return of Endless – a design by Werner Aisslinger from 1996 which is now back for a limited time. It is a system which you build yourself after purchasing all elements separately (we can help with decisions and install, don’t worry!).
Yes, there are even more blogs to come!
