Moooi Compression Sofa was designed fro Moooi by Paul Cocksedge in 2015 and is now finally available to purchase.
A triumph of synergy between opposites, the sofa pays the ultimate tribute of repsect to th beauy and nature of different materials and their interaction. A smooth slab of Carrara Marble is compressed into a large rectangular block of foam, creating a solid nest amongst the softness of the foam, which loses its linear edginess and acquires a sinuous, flexible and comfortable look.
The contours of the Moooi Compression Sofa flow into the marble seat with a cascading grace, leading to a magnificent marriage of opposites: soft & hard, humble & grand, light & heavy.
Paul Cocksedge Studio was founded in 2004 by Paul Cocksedge and Joana Pinho. With a strong and dedicated team of collaborators, the Studio has won national and international acclaim for its original and innovative design, underpinned by research into the limits of technology, materials and manufacturing processes.

All mainland UK purchases of a total value of £50 or more can enjoy free shipping.
All orders that total less than £50 will be charged £5.
All UK customers receive a 1hr delivery window by text and email (if provided) for your convenience and improved first time delivery success. On receipt of this text and email you will have the opportunity to change the date and location of your delivery if the slot given is not convenient.
All items that are in stock and ordered before 12 will be despatched the same day for next day delivery in the UK. International deliveries will take longer. If an item isn't in stock you will receive an email to let you know when to expect to receive it.
