At Ferrious we do our best to provide our customers with exceptional products and service. Our prices are based on the RRP of each product. We do not inflate these prices to cover delivery (which we offer for free) or to then offer a discount.

However, in these difficult and competitive times we accept that we may have to offer products at below the RRP in order to compete with other retailers who choose to offer the same product at less than the
RRP.

We continually access other retailers prices in order to stay competitive but sometimes you may find some of our products for less at another retailer. If you can show us a retailer who is offering the same branded product for less we will endevour to match that price and in some cases better it. Please do also remember that delivery from Ferrious is free of charge.

This is not only applicable to products featured on our website but also to our whole catalogue of products. We do however reserve the right to withdraw this offer if we feel the price we are being asked to match is unreasonable.
