Delivery Options

  1. Standard Free Delivery offers delivery right to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building). We will always contact you prior to the dispatch of your purchase which will be delivered 24hr from notification. Standard Delivery does not include assembly or unpacking and will be between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and does not allocate a time.
  2. Before 12 noon is available for an extra £8 per item and offers the same front door service as our standard delivery service although the delivery time is before 12 noon.
  3. Saturday Delivery is available for an extra £20 per item and offers the same front door service as our standard delivery service although the delivery time is before 12 noon.

Some items are simply too large for a front door service and need to be delivered by a team of men, such items include tables by E15. If an item does not come under our Standard free delivery it will have a notice on its page. We do offer an On-Site Installation for these items at an average charge of 5% of your total order with a minimum charge of £245.00. It includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and installation in your room of choice and removal of all packing materials. This does not include electrical fitting for lighting.
